Meet Brad Jones, our dynamic COO. He’s the driving force behind turning Solara’s vision into a reality, overseeing operations that transform properties into thriving, modern communities where residents thrive amidst nature’s beauty.

Brad Jones oversees all financial activity for Solara Communities and has many years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He is a dynamic seasoned professional providing executive-level expertise in all areas of business.

Brad has been the CFO for a large commercial office complex in Utah County with 850K square feet of office space and over 50 acres of developable land. He serves on the Board of Directors of a 144 unit Condo Hotel in the Park City area. He has been an outsource CFO for almost 20 years with industry experience in renewable energy, cryptocurrency, construction, BPO, call center operations, non-profits, family offices, hospitality, real estate, and health care.

Prior to his experience as an outsource CFO, Brad started his career at Arthur Andersen in Salt Lake City. After Arthur Andersen, he was the CFO of the largest market research data collection company in the US with 15 call centers throughout the Intermountain West, the Philippines and Canada. He helped guide the company through two significant equity transactions.

Brad is a licensed CPA in the State of Utah, has an MBA and a MAcc from Utah State University.
